All new students/parents must sign a Liability Waiver. 

 

Class Conduct

• Please be respectful to one another as well as the instructor. 

• Please make sure that during any of your private recordings that you don’t inadvertently record other students without their permission.  

• Please refrain from teaching other students during class time and or Stay n Play. 

• Stay n Plays are meant to offer you the time to practice what you’ve already been taught.  It is not the time to learn any new moves or experiment with moves that have not been taught in the classroom. 

• We love peer to peer support however spotting/assisting other students are at the discretion of the instructor.  

• Heels are only to be worn during specialty classes, Stay n Play Pole or at the request of your instructor.  Heel covers must always be worn in the studio. 

 

Cancellation Policy

• Applies to all regularly scheduled classes, workshops, series, mini series, private sessions and special events. With limited space prepayment for all classes is required. 

• If you cancel within that  48-24 hr window prior to the start of class we’d be happy to reschedule your class but no refund will be given.  If you cancel or do not show for the rescheduled class no refund or credit will be offered.  

• If you cancel with less than 24 hr notice your payment is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.  If you have a class card, your card will be deducted.  

 

Private Sessions and Parties

• If you cancel within the 48-24 hr window, we’d be happy to reschedule or or give you Studio credit towards classes or a class package. 

• If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice all payments will be forfeited and non transferable. 

 

Other SALES/Special Events 

• All Clothing Apparel & product are FINAL SALES. 

• All special events are non refundable and non transferable. For example, showcases and or when we bring in an outside instructor to host a specialty classes. 

 

Attire

• Do not apply lotion the day of your pole class.  

• Remove all rings, bracelets and watches prior to the start of class.  

• Pole: wear shorts and a top/sports bra.  

• Hoop/Hammock: wear fitted leggings & a fitted top or one you can tuck in.  We defy gravity however our shirts do not.  

• If you wear heels, you must wear heel protectors.
